Pass the Berber hamlet of Aroumd (Aremd) and cross the floodplain to the shrine of Sidi Chamharouch (2,350m) for a hot lunch. After lunch, continue climbing the rocky zig-zag path to the Toubkal Refuge, nestled at the foot of the west face. Relax, acclimatize, and enjoy a hearty dinner.
